The H2020 project oPEN LAB aims to revitalise urban areas across Europe and lead the transition of Positive Energy Neighbourhoods. To achieve this, open innovation living labs are realized within existing urban contexts in three European cities: Genk (Belgium), Pamplona (Spain) and Tartu (Estonia).
