BME to show up at Europe's largest education exhibition

Alongside nine other Hungarian universities, BME will also be participating in this year's largest event of the European Association for International Education (EAIE) in Gothenburg, Sweden.

The EAIE is the most significant community of European and international higher education professionals, and its annual forum provides an opportunity for professional dialogue, presenting trends in education and mobility, and establishin new partnerships.

The 33-year-old conference and exhibition is the largest event of its kind in the European Union: 

more than 200 exhibitors and 7,000 registered visitors from 90 countries will be there, including universities, service providers, professional associations, consulting firms, governments, and representatives of civil society organizations.

Hungarian higher education institutions will be available at the Tempus Public Foundation's Study in Hungary stand between September 9 and 12. The foundation's staff will contribute to the conference programs, participate in professional sections and networking events, and present best practices that support the internationalization of Hungarian higher education, according to tka.hu.

The topics of the professional programs include understanding the well-being and sociocultural adaptation of international students, practical support for internationalization, and establishing cooperation through joint research.

BME's delegation will receive the Erasmus+ ESCI Champion Award at the exhibition.
