BME is open to cooperate with its partners in Horizon Europe

Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME) is fully eligible to participate in Horizon Europe projects.

The European Commission sent notifications to all Horizon Europe project coordinators about the status of Hungarian participants. We received many enquiries about how it affects Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME).

BME is fully eligible to participate in Horizon Europe projects and sign legal commitments, including grants and contracts in Horizon Europe. We can apply and receive funding as beneficiaries. (See the related EC Funding and Tenders Portal FAQ)

In Horizon Europe BME already has 17 proposals granted or in grant preparation phase (including 2 ERC grants) amounting up to 6 million EURO funding.

The researchers participating as beneficiaries or coordinators are fully supported by a professional grants office.

Please find here our Horizon Partner Search page and our Competence Map.

We look forward to cooperating with you in Horizon Europe!
