Visitors of 11 universities from seven countries came to the Erasmus Staff Week

The weather wasn't the best for the guests, but the programmes were still a greats success.
BME's Erasmus Staff Week, with staff from foreign higher education institutions spending a week at the university, has come to an end. Colleagues from the Czech Republic, France, Greece, Canada, Germany, Spain and Turkey, 17 in total, visited Budapest.

BME students were also actively involved in the programmes with excellent presentations, especially on the EELISA day on Wednesday.

The guests enjoyed the laboratory visits, for example at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics:

The Folk Night at the Baross Gábor College was also popular:

When the weather turned milder, a sports day was organised:

A cruise on the Danube proved to be the highlight of the week:


The International Relations Directorate also discussed future cooperation, including the so-called BIP programmes.
