Erasmus students traveling in the spring prepare for their trip at a packed meeting
2025. 09. 18.An eventful and inspiring afternoon at BME, with useful advice straight from Japan.
Right at the beginning of the academic year, the BME International Relations Office (NKI) invited students traveling abroad next spring on Erasmus grants to the ceremonial hall of Building K to present the most important tasks for the coming period and answer any questions that might arise. It was also important for the outgoing students to meet each other as wellas the foreign students arriving at BME this fall. For example, a BME student traveling to Lisbon in the spring was able to make contact with a Portuguese exchange student.
A popular part of the event was Gergő Bacskai's presentation. He recently traveled to Japan to begin his studies at Waseda University within the Framework of the Erasmus programme. He shared useful information, practical advice, and essential links with the others to help them prepare.
NKI staff presented the brand new BME Erasmus Instagram profile, where those planning to study abroad can find the latest information and news about applications, as well as experience reports from BME students currently studying abroad, including the aforementioned Gergő.
The presentations can be downloaded from here.
