Applications for the next Erasmus semester can be submitted via a new platform

During the next application cycle, BME students will be able to submit their Erasmus+ mobility applications for the spring semester of the 2026–27 academic year via a new application management software, the Mobility Online system, it was announced by the Directorate of International Relations (NKI).

The new platform, which significantly simplifies both the application and evaluation processes, will launch on June 10.

Several weeks will be available for registration, familiarization with the interface, and submission of the application; the submission deadline is expected to be July 6, 2026.

The full planned schedule for the cycle:

Platform launch: June 10
Submission deadline: July 6
Scoring finalized: July 13
Deadline for comments: July 20
Final results finalized: July 22
Allocation on the platform: July 31
Appeals: August 5
In-person consultation: August 6.
Final results: August 10.

The system and the platform will also be discussed at the online information session to be held by the Board of Directors on May 27; the NKI will soon publish details on its website.
